Vraykos is a Greek technical company specializing in undertaking complete industrial projects of raw materials bulk handling systems in Greece and abroad. The company was founded in the 1990s by Dimitris Vraykos with a vision to help industries in handling raw materials.

The technical know – how that was built through years of experience and hard work is what enables us to design and construct high standard technical solutions. These solutions give the required consideration to the special characteristics of each raw material and are always based on our customers’ needs.

We operate in every industrial field, specializing in the Food Industry. It was the company’s starting point for the handling of raw materials followed by a great number of projects in the milling, baking and snacks industry, as well as the coffee and chocolate industry in Greece and abroad.

Awards

Industry awards provide meaningful recognition and are a valuable asset to VRAYKOS. Being recognized for excellence is a continuous challenge that validates and establishes our company in the Bulk Handling field while highlighting our experience, technology expertise, hard work, and vision.

The Manufacturing Excellence Awards 2023 highlighted VRAYKOS’ prominent position in the Bulk Handling sector and reaffirmed its strong presence in the Greek industry.
The title of “Industry Provider of the Year,” along with five other awards, attest to the company’s unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation.
VRAYKOS’ notable achievements in the awards included:

Winner in the Electromechanical Equipment category with Aktina Foods for the Balkan’s largest Bakery-Pastry Dry Mix factory.
Gold Award in the category of Production Reorganisation for our mechanical and electrical handling equipment for the Taf Coffee production line.
Gold Award in the Innovative Products category for our cutting-edge Mixing-Bagging Systems (Dry Mix) for the Food Industry.
Gold Award in the Innovation and Creativity category for our Innovative & Flexible Raw Material Handling Systems for the Bakery Dry Mix Production facility at Aktina Foods.
Silver Award in the Productivity and Performance category for our dedication to enhancing productivity and performance for Taf Coffee.

At the Manufacturing Excellence Awards 2022, VRAYKOS received the Award in the Electrical-Mechanical Equipment category for its innovative electrical-mechanical equipment of a new espresso production line for one of Greece’s largest coffee companies. Furthermore, VRAYKOS, in collaboration with RAVAGO HELLAS, received a Bronze Award for the Ravago Katerini factory’s Energy Footprint Optimisation Project.

In 2022, VRAYKOS also won the Bronze Award at the Health & Safety Awards for its ZeroHarm Health & Safety Process campaign, which sought to establish a new safety culture with zero tolerance for workplace accidents.
